Alpha-Care Opens a New Office in Yorkville Illinois

Alpha-Care Health Professionals, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Yorkville, Illinois. We plan to serve the counties of Dekalb, Dupage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, Will and Cook from this location. Alpha-Care is also pleased to announce that Andrea O'Connell, RN has agreed to head up this office as our Client Service Director for this region. Andrea has successfully managed and developed home care agencies in the past and we are very happy to have her assisting Alpha-Care as we make our initial move into the suburban marketplace. In addition to Andrea, Erica Kessler, RN will be joining the Alpha-Care administrative team and she will serve as a Nurse Case Manager for this market. As in our other locations, Alpha-Care will focus upon providing dependable, compassionate, and professional care to pediatric clients requiring skilled care as well as adults desiring assistance with daily living activities. We are very excited about the new office opening and encourage nurses looking for full or part time work to apply today. We will also be looking for certified nurse aides to join our team in the near future.

Alpha-Care Opens a New Covington Indiana Office

Our newest service location is in Covington Indiana and we are located in the square at 318 4th street. This office will focus upon providing assistance with daily activities to those afflicted with diminished health due to chronic illness, disability or the natural loss of skills as a result of advanced age. Alpha-Care joins National Private Duty Association [NPDA]

Alpha-Care Health Professionals has renewed its 2010 membership in NPDA . Only fully licensed agencies that employ 100% of their staff are permitted to join NPDA. NPDA members must agree to subscribe to the core values of compassion, competency, integrity, safety and respect;We also work together to promote the home health care profession and the adoption of high standards for those who participate in our industry. Alpha-Care is proud to be a member of this association of high quality agencies. We and our clients benefit by the exchange of ideas on how to best meet the needs of our clients with competency, integrity, respect and safety.

CareGiver Pre-employment Assessment

The Alpha-Care administrative staff strive to select and hire only the finest caregivers available to meet our clients needs. We recently began utilizing the assessment tools provided to us by the Tweed Jeffries group and are implementing their Caregiver Quality Assurance Plan. Utilizing their assessment tool in conjunction with the background review, credentialing check, orientation, and competency review that all of our aides must complete should provide assurance that an Alpha-Care aide is well suited for succeeding in a home care environment. Excellent service requires excellent staff and we are constantly striving to find ways to improve our performance to assure our clients' satisfaction.
