  4. Comprehensive Orientation
    Youíll receive a full orientation and handouts to Alphaís clinical and personnel policies, procedures and forms. Then, when assigned to a home care case, youíll receive a thorough case specific orientation, including an opportunity to update or learn new clinical skills, as needed.

    When accepting assignments at healthcare facilities, Alpha provides you with information about the facility at which you will work. The facility is responsible for providing an orientation to the unit on which you will work, and giving a report about your assigned patients and unit routine.

  5. Ongoing Clinical Support
    A registered nurse serves as branch manager/clinical supervisor at each branch office location and is available to meet your need for clinical consultation. The branch manager/clinical supervisors provide case management and ongoing supervisory support.

  6. In-service Training and Continuing Education
    Continue learning on the job. In-services are offered on a variety of topics. Expand your clinical knowledge and skills by participating in care conferences, case specific orientation, and team meetings. Team members share their clinical knowledge with other members of the team and contribute to each others professional development.
